Our
Club Banner took pride of place at its first official function, Monash Area
Friendship Day, at the Waverley Womens Sports Centre oval on Wednesday 14th November 2007.
Friendship Day is a Probus get together with the 26 Clubs from the Monash area and it is a great opportunity to meet people
from other Clubs. There was entertainment and the Mayor, Clr. Tom Morrissey, addressed the many assembled Probus club members.
Our very special thanks go to Val Dale for the preparation and making of the banner and appreciation to Brenda and Charles Gorman, Ann Parkinson and Margaret Stevens for their particular input and assistance.
